Many of the employees who have been there 10+ years are extremely dedicated and hardworking; they treat each other like family. Being a part of a brand with so much history (Plano Molding) is an incredible experience.
Cons
Company changed leadership over the last few years and lost the confidence of most veteran employees. Those who were happy with the changes are personal friends of the new executive team. A focus on the less-profitable side of the business led to a decline in revenue streams. After a rocky first year of sales under the new leadership, there were some department cuts made; there were multiple instances of under-performers moved into new positions while good employees were let go. It was hard not to notice that those who were kept on were personal friends of some of the C-level executives.
