Pros

Company culture prioritizes teamwork and fulfillment. Employees are friends who work hard together and support each other. Employees have a voice in their own growth and company growth. Leadership decisions consider what's right for the business as well as employee impact. Good Benefits, open and collaborative office space, stocked kitchen, company social and service events, backup system for vacation days means you can truly unplug on days off.

Cons

Workloads are challenging in busy seasons. Change is constant as the company grows and strives to keep up with increasing client needs and industry trends; employees have to be able to adapt with change.

We believe that commitment to our employees by way of inclusivity, work-life balance and benefits offered is key to our employee happiness here at Plannernet. The Spring and Fall seasons are busy here but also the most rewarding. And though business may sometimes grow quicker than anticipated and forecasted, workforce planning is ongoing within our Leadership team and something we do our best to predict, assess and resource appropriately. People, flexibility, challenging, growing company. I've worked here for over 11 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and my professional journey with Plannernet.

Pros

The supervisors (especially the newly promoted younger ones) are very secluded and act like they have all of the power. Instead of being part of the team, they are bossy and act like they are above everyone else - this could not be more than false because all of the hard work is done by the coordinators and leads yet they are the least paid out of everyone!

Cons

It's a lot of fast paced and overloaded work - definitely underpaid for everyone and thing that you have to deal with on a daily basis. You'd think a growing company would be a good thing but 7 people were hired and/or quit all within a month and a half time span.

We no longer request employees take a personality assessment. Our belief is that if done properly and routinely, personality and communication style assessments can leverage employees’ natural strengths and develop a better understanding of their individual styles and team working dynamics to allow for optimal collaboration and communication between peers.
