Super flexible, well-run - Senior Scientist Planetary Science Institute Employee Review

PSI is very flexible in terms of spending your own grant money. As long as you have funding, you can live where you like, work your own hours, work for other programs (e.g, teaching), etc. Overhead is low, and it's spent responsibly. At the same time, there is a cohesive group of people. There are regular seminars, the red-team proposal review process is excellent, and PSI does a good job of including everyone.
