Pros
Because you are placed at t customer, full time and become part of their team you can choose for an in-house job (which I prefer) without the need for visiting multiple customers. Good follow-up procedures, aimed at young graduates. Bootcamp for all new employees to get some initial training discussed a couple of interesting topics, but nothing really groundbreaking.
Cons
Attempt to focus on training fails. They only had one customer for me. You don't feel part of their team, as you barely have any contact with them.
