Pros

The staff, community members, and just about everyone who walks through the doors is a bright, friendly, and amazing individual who all share a common passion for fitness, wellness, and climbing. As a staff, we greatly benefit from the free gym membership, deep discounts of retail items, a plethora of industry prodeals (discounts on a variety of climbing and outdoors related gear), and representing an amazing company who is constantly giving back to the community. They are incredibly flexible on vacation requests and work availability.

Cons

You must be available to work at least 4 calendar weekend days per month as a Front Desk staff. It doesn't mean that you will have a shift on a weekend, you just need to be available. They do not allow over-time hours and refrains many employees from having full-time work hours.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, great management, nice perks, the company really does live up to its values and morals which isn't that common theses days! nice working for a company that honers inclusiveness.

Cons

pay could be a little better I felt there was a lot of responsibility but the pay didn't seem to live up to it.

Pros

It is a super fun environment, everyone gets along well and many of the staff are friends both at and outside of work. It is a great place to work if you love rock climbing because you are surrounded by it, but even if climbing in not your thing, after working here it definitely will be. As an employee I have always felt supported. It is a great company for growth, and if you are committed to the company, it is definitely reciprocated. It is not that they just hand out more responsibility to anyone, but if you are receptive to feedback, and show a commitment to your own growth, they will definitely help you get there. You can't expect to move upward by just putting in the time alone. They definitely care about their employee's well-being as well.

Cons

Depending on the position you work the schedule can be inconsistent. If you want to work here long term, you will probably not start of making enough money to sustain yourself right away.
