Pros
Great people to work with. Everyone was very helpful had a team mentality. Good company values. Good training, both with Planet and AT&T. Manager was fair, honest and really cared about his employees. Our AT&T rep was awesome. Shift length reasonable given it is retail. Not being open on Sundays was great! Good place for someone who wants to learn the business.
Cons
Low volume store made it difficult to make budget. Store was old and dirty. Very little money put into updating store (others locations were better). No advertising to make store known in community. Low commissions.
