I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to execute and where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued employees. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience, I do extend it with all sincerity.
We go through great lengths to provide generous employee benefits and PTO, as well as stay current with fair market value compensation analytics in each of our five locations across the country. I do wish you would have shared your concerns with HR, or perhaps your manager. We have an open door policy and would have done our best to help you.
We are extremely proud of the fact that 30% of our promotions come from within our organization, as well as host a variety of health and wellness programs (we had massages just last week for our employees as we understand in our line of work being in benefits administration, open enrollment Q4 season can always be stressful)!
