Like any small business, there can be some times when you're asked to do things outside your normal scope of work. But this can also be beneficial from a growth standpoint.

Never have I worked in a company with such a pervasive team spirit. Each and every member gives everything every day, and they love doing it. The CEO is quiet, patient, fair, inspiring, and understanding. The work environment is relaxed, even when everyone is hard at work to meet a deadline. The work is challenging, but each team member possesses the perfect individual talents to get the job done right, make the clients happy, and give the company something to be proud of.

Plan Left is still growing, meaning sometimes there is only one person able to complete particular tasks. I don't think this will remain an issue, as the company is growing at a very encouraging rate.
