Pros

They provide "Apple products" because sadly, they think just buying good products makes you a good company

Cons

-They did not send me any proof of offer or appointment so that I can be sure I have a job - They provided an appointment letter 3 months after I joined (note: no written offer given, so one wants to leave they have no proof of employment) - They make you sign several pages of agreement but don't care about emoloyee's rights ... NEVER PAID SALARY ON TIME... it got delayed to 20th or even nxt month! Just think how someone will run their house! - LOT OF WORK PRESSURE.. they don't even consider that a human cannot perform equally everyday! - They don't know how to allot right amount of work & then expect you to stay back after office hours. - You are always being observed, you can't take a break to talk & relax as per your wish! Break times are fixed like school. - THEY MARK A RED on the register if you come past 9:45!! - You have to TAKE PERMISSION if you have a doc appoinment or bank work during office hours.. or want to leave early..then they make it a point to tell you that you have not finished work so you can't go. - I had to ask repeatedly for simple things like pay slips, and a dustbin in washroom( never got it) - There was NOT EVEN A SEPERATE TOILET FOR GIRLS!! Had to request repeatedly to get it! - When you resign its not the notice period mentioned on the offer letter but the amount of work they want you to finish.. that decides your last date! -It becomes really difficult to get your relieving letter and pay after you resign The Worst company I have worked with since the start of my career

Pros

1. Good interior. 2. You can make coffee whenever you want. 3. Most of the Colleagues are soft spoken.

Cons

1. WORST WORST WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN. They don't know how to deal with their employees. They will give you work and after every 10-15 minutes they will come to you again and again for the work. Have you completed it !! Have you completed it !! .. They will screw you in a single day. They will not provide you freedom with respect to work and even for Wi-Fi. But Ya!! After begging 10 times you will definitely get a Wi-Fi. 2. Even the senior most management person lacks the management skills. I think they have money so they are just running a business. They are not a literal company minded people where employees are treated as a family. They are just opposite. They don't know that the company excel because of employees, not because of dictatorship. 3. They will make you to work on the software that they can afford. Your background doesn't matter. If you are a 3ds max artist then they might give you sketchbook for their work. And you will finally ended up being a story board artist. 4. I am a north Indian guy. I found them little partial many times. Especially for attendance matters. 5. The most important thing is that they do not believe in their employees. They might demean you many times for an irrelevant reason. 6. I don't know about joining letter but they will not provide you a single hard copy of letter of confirmation. 7. I don't know about the money matters as I did not get paid there. SUGGESTION FOR JOB SEEKERS- JOIN ANY GOOD COMPANY. WHERE PEOPLE KNOW; WHAT IS "COMPANY"? AND HOW TO RUN A "COMPANY"?

Pros

Best work environment and good team members. Good prioirty for talented and hard working people. Best place to learn and explore new technologies. Research oriented and forward thinking. Sometimes it seems hard shifting to new software and platforms, but definitely helps the career. No scope for gossiping, internal politics or hierarchy issues. Good ambience with Mac machines, foosball and coffee.

Cons

A typical Indian studio and management, which considers client and work quality in the first priority. So, it only suits the artists who are ready to work hard. There will be continuous monitoring and supervision till the project is finished. You are not allowed to copy data or project. Strict regulations. Limited internet access. You have to take permissions for leaves and personal works. Six day week and sometimes it is required to attend work on holidays also. Not suitable for someone seeking a corporate kind of work environment. Concepts and Ideas keep changing. One must be enough smart to implement the changes and deliver the work in the given time. Serious work environment and less scope for fun and entertainment.
