2. Position Title As a Remote Customer Support, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner. (a) - Resolve paying problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; (b) - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution (c) - Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers (d) - Inform customer of deals and promotions (e) - Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all calls (f) - Maintain a relationship with all transportation providers and organize all shipment data in Excel including regular updates (g) - Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee 
REMUNERATION: The company agrees to pay you the following remuneration for the hours worked: $24.50 per hour.

3. Deductions from pay The salary will be transferred to the Employee via Interac E-transfer System. The company deducts all the taxes for the training salary. The Employee will receive the salary after taxation.
