      Pros

      Nice building ,great health care, discount on bikes and parts, great supervisors and co-workers.

      Cons

      Round peg into square hole mentality. When you layoff people off and employee's have to work in other area's to pick up the slack don't except everything to go out the door that day ! President of Pivot bad mouthing employees . CEO to busy with other area's to care what's really going on with the company.

      Enjoyable people that seem to want you to succeed

      Cons

      The Pivot leadership will throw you away for the equivalent of a few bikes. They don't value building community but gladly give you discounts along the way as a distraction
