Pitney is a Failing Company - Manager Pitney Bowes Employee Review

Over the past 5 years stock options disappeared, bonus are rare and have not been paid 3 out of 5 years and the two years we received our bonus they were minimal. The opportunity for career development is non-existent, spending freezes on travel and seminars. ESPP is pitiful. Benefits and their costs are below industry standards. Culture is all talk and no action.
