Pros
- Great work/life balance - as long as you are able to deliver on the things on your plate, you're given the freedom to be more flexible with your schedule - Everyone is fully remote, so you can move around if you want to with no problem - The culture is extremely supportive. I always feel recognized for work that I'm proud of, but I also receive a lot of feedback to help me continue to grow in my career and perfect my skillset. - There are lots of growth opportunities. Since it's such a small team, I'm able to take on responsibilities that I never would be able to in a larger company. I feel like i have a lot more control over my role and can get my hands in a lot of different things I'm interested in - Leadership is very communicative. We have all-hands meetings every week, so everyone is always in the know of what's going on.
Cons
It is a small company, so you'll have any of the bandwidth pains that any other startup has. Sometimes things do get really busy, but I still feel very supported even when things speed up
