Cons
Founders don't know how to interact/communicate with people, lack of soft skills and being arrogant will make them unsuccessful for sure. They think that they are the smartest guys in the world and the rest is stupid and worthless. Unfortunately, they lie all the time about anything. How are they going to build a successful startup in that environment, what are they thinking? If there is no employee, there is no success and their failure is inevitable. Sadly, all employees see/think that. They are doing their best when it comes to making you feel worthless/stupid/unsuccessful. Also, they don't pay money food (Sodexo Card) for 5 months and when we ask about it, they get angry. CEO's attitude towards women is so weird, every woman feels uncomfortable when he is around. This is a HUGE problem. After all, they are very good at something which is mobbing.
