Well organized to catch up quickly any business challenge. Nice work environment. Excellent canteen (HQ in Milan). Very dynamic organization, so good chances to change responsibilities quickly.
Cons
It can be a political organization depending of the department. Some positions are created athoc. The development opportunities are not so clear.
