Pros
The only pro is that feel yourself lucky to have never worked for this company
Cons
Let me start from the very beginning: 1. The worst HR policies one can imagine 2. They hire by promising you a full time job, then start their ridiculous Hire and Fire policy 3. You will get no Paid leaves in your 3 months probation period, aka "we own you" period, which will get eventually prolonged to 6 months, then you will get fired without getting any prior notice. 4. No breaks during working hours, also NO PHONES ALLOWED in office premises, you will get verbally abused for doing so. 5. And during your exit from this "esteemed " company, you have to give your next employer's offer letter and PAYSLIP! Otherwise you will not be getting your release/experience letter from Pinnacle. 6. Work culture is the worst here, far from employee friendly policies. Monopoly works here like a fine wine. This cheerful personality of a CEO who runs this business alongside his near and dear family members. So, it's a family business rather than an MNC as they self-proclaims. 7. Micromanagement lives in their root, goes upto CEO level where he himself micromanage BEWARE! THEY PROVIDE FAKE PR REVIEWS IN THESE KIND OF PLATFORMS TO INCREASE THEIR RATING.
