Favoritism rules at Pinnacle Hotel Management. Our hotel’s leadership team is all about smoke and mirrors! Priority number one is painting a picture of success to “corporate” so they will stay off their backs. I’ve seen executive team members intoxicated at work, always late to work or leaving early, and hiring friends who are simply not qualified for the job. If Pinnacle wants to be a better management company, they need to do just that and manage the teams at their properties and listen to others besides those in “executive committee roles” listen to what your line level employees are saying! Having poor upper management is pushing out talented team members. Also, how the hotel handled COVID 19 was appalling. Team members tested positive and hotel did not inform any other team members. Hotel did not provide employees with masks and did not enforce mask mandate. Terrible.
