Pros
I get to choose my own schedule and the pay is much higher than similar practices. The team is great. Pinnacle has a really amazing support staff, and while therapy is a very individualized job, I feel comfortable reaching out to my colleagues for questions or support. We also have a clinical consultation meeting twice a month where we can connect and glean support form each other.
Cons
Because of the nature of weekly therapy appointments, whether working with kids or adults, I sometimes need to start and end my day later because of my clients school or work schedule. However, I often work on a weekend day (by choice), which prevents me from working in the evening. Hiking is better during the week when everyone else is at work anyway.
