Pros

Office is nice. That’s about it

Cons

Please take the negative reviews on here seriously. Turnover is extremely high for a reason and numbers don’t lie. Management constantly belittles and gaslights you, especially if you are a coordinator or executive. The boys club is BAD. You really only get acknowledged or have chances to move up if you are a male who attends the leaders secret bible club each week. The firm is extremely conservative and is not advertised that way. They keep it a secret as many, if not all, of their clients have secret right wing agendas. Nobody knows that they’re doing. Everyone is winging it, including management. Finances for the company are constantly on the downturn, and they lie to employees about how well they’re doing as a company. Reviews and salaries are terrible, as well as PTO (only 10 days that you have to use on any doctors appointments, emergencies, sick leave, etc.) also, HR is just the CEOs brother. Biiiig red flag.
