Pros

- Above-average base salary for the Atlanta area

Cons

- Constantly fighting fires, high level of employee burnout, people regularly working nights and weekends - The company is hemorrhaging talent, a lot of the really good ones have already left, there are still some hanging around, but we'll see how long that lasts - Abysmal culture and values that encourage and reward the "work hero" (working nights and weekends), further contributing to employee burnout - Some (very lucky) employees literally get paid to just browse Reddit all day - No defined career path - Almost no 401k match

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We acknowledge the fact that there is some work to do on the areas you mention and we do not take this feedback lightly. One of the challenges of growing quickly is that sometimes working at such a rapid pace can become the standard along with frequently putting out fires. It is important that we recognize just how hard everyone is working and we will continue to evaluate the short and long-term implications of our business decisions. ~Brenda Silverman, HR Director

Pros

Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

Cons

Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective. We genuinely appreciate hearing from former employees, as this feedback helps inform how we continue to grow as a company. I am glad to hear that you found the product meaningful. Our teams take great pride in building technology that helps protect people and organizations, and that shared sense of purpose is something many of us care deeply about. We also acknowledge the challenges you noted. We are grateful for the contributions you made at Pindrop and wish you continued success in the next chapter of your career.
