      The CEO - the way he speaks to people is terrible. *Demand for you to be in the office, no remote or flexible working. If you need to work from home, they make you feel guilty for doing so *No trust *Terrible pay *Terrible platform, so behind the curve *They don't value you

      Pros

      The ability to travel to the UK and attend various trade shows. Weekly team dinners.

      Cons

      The product could not compete with the competition. Team in the US did not work together and everyone only cared about themselves. CEO does not take feedback and try to implement it. They are more focused on the technical aspects of product and dont do great job marketing/sellling to clients
