Pros
Pillar ABA is a really great place to work with a team that genuinely cares about both clients and staff. Supervisors are helpful, training is solid, and you never feel like you’re on your own. Administrative staff is approachable, communication is clear, and the work feels super fulfilling.
Cons
Like most jobs in ABA, sometimes sessions can be stressful, but the positives definitely outweigh the challenges, and my training helps me handle any situation confidently.
