Pros
Definitely learn a lot in my roles there in Piktochart. My colleagues and the senior management had been really supportive and offers constructive feedbacks on our work. We work from home and was given a 4 days work week, and this was a very generous offer on top of other benefits
Cons
No major ones and the following issue is totally understandable. Due to urgent business needs and requirements, we have less capacity and time to experiment and refine our designs as we need to prioritize on delivery.
