Great management team, good work values, and a healthy work environment overall. Management is always friendly and willing to talk problems through with employees to find a good resolution to any problems. They will hire employees with no experience for fair pay in an apprentice role and train them. Opportunity to travel to various locations around the East Coast. The company pays for hotels and travel.
Cons
Sometimes work is overly strenuous or long hours are required, though the company is very flexible with scheduling. Travel can make it difficult to maintain a healthy personal life.
