Decent projects here and there... none that we ever secured. Nice Cheese and Wine presentations.
Cons
Managing Director is insane and has a knack for making people feel less than. She truly gets off on being a bully. The "Hybrid Work Schedule" people are mentioning is only at the discretion of the Managing Director. In fact, one time she told us that our "Hybrid Work Schedule is a privilege, not a right." Then why were we told we get a hybrid work schedule when we were hired? Human Resources caters to management, not the employees. While she seems sweet at first, she is the one to watch out for. Don't trust at any cost. That's sad to say since she is an HR professional.
