Members of central team fostered a hostile environment of fear and bullying, making it difficult for staff to speak up or feel secure in their roles. Leadership lacked transparency and accountability, leading to a culture of distrust. Poor management resulted in unclear expectations, shifting priorities, and unnecessary stress. Feedback was often ignored, and concerns about processes or working conditions were dismissed.

A few really lovely staff members

Management team, especially the nursing managers are not very nice and borderline bullying staff members. Unprofessional conduct at work from managers. Not correct practices being upheld by staff members.
