Thank you for your feedback! We offer free hot meals, beverages and plenty of snacks for our team members. Awesome that you enjoyed this benefit. As you have mentioned, sometimes our Shoppers can take groceries home, too.
However, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your time as a Picnic employee entirely.
We are aware that our locations are slightly outside the city center and that the shift times may therefore be difficult for employees located further away. Unfortunately, we cannot change this. The shift times are chosen to ensure a well-structured process, as we deliver to our customers on the same day as picking and can therefore guarantee them fresh food. Our recruiters always try to be transparent about the shift and travel times and discuss with the candidates exactly how long the journey would take.
In order to plan your work schedule, we ask you to regularly submit your availability for a period of 5 weeks so that you can be assigned suitable shifts.
You have to provide us with 2 more shifts each week than you would actually work.
