Pros

1. Lovely work culture - There is no visible hierarchy, everyone is very helpful 2. Dedicated work force - The people who work are dedicated to what they want PYT to achive. they will put in 2x effort just to get the job done 3. Transparency - Very transparent with how the company is earning, is it high or low, you have all access to all data for self checking 4. Expansion - They are expanding ventures and working to make it a brand, if you join in you can get a handson experience to see how companies grow 5. In the middle of everything and great learning for fresher's - If you are a fresher, you will not be sidelined, you will be recognized for your efforts and you will be in the middle of actual work which will give you a lot of hands on working style

Cons

1. Pay and appraisal - You need to set expectations on what you are in for. if you are planning to join only to earn money, join sales 2. HR to employee connect - Can improve 3. Work life balance - remember, this is a travel company, as this is a service industry you will be expected to work on off days. 4. Leave policy. - not the best when compared to MNC's 5. Growth and Job security - Depends on your job role. in sales you have good growth but low job security in other functions you have a slow growth but good job security

Pros

There used to be several. But the company has introduced so many nonsensical metrics that all of the joy in the work has gone away. Though despite everything one thing good is that company does payouts on time

Cons

HR and Senior Management blatantly lies to the employees faces and misguides them regarding their career growth. They give unreasonably high targets (4-6 lakhs of net revenue targets per month) and have no consideration for the employees work life balance. Management constantly gaslights employees and tells them this is how sales works. They have hopeless metrics such as talktime (which is now directly linked to salary), consumption caps, and more. It has become impossible to work properly now as they have shifted their priority from sales and turned us all into call center execs instead. Though if you don't hit your target two months they place you on a PIP. Extreme level of politics played especially in the Jaipur office. Official work timings are 10-7 but the team leaders will bully you into staying til 8 sometimes 9 pm and will shame you for not working after office. They just want you to sell your soul to their company with the CEO's bleak promise that in 4-5 years you will see the returns. Join if you want to waste away your youth just to get a salary of 20-25k per month. Rather you sell pani puri on the streets than work here.
