Pros
cool people, decent technology, work-life balance, red brick facility lol
Cons
toxic workplace. huge culture of favoritism, in certain departments the work given to you will be based on favoritism. if you're not favored, you should expect to have nothing worthy of merit thrown your way, and even if you succeed in the tasks you're assigned it will never be enough. you may be stuck trying to prove yourself to people that are already set in their perception of you. however, if you're a kiss-ass you'll thrive here. diversity is lacking. some people can WFH, just some. Depends on how much you're liked by leadership. bad leadership decisions lead to financial issues that can only be resolved by dark psychology and office politics. leadership is more idealistic than realistic. The benefits advertised don't meet the actual benefits you'll get (don't expect any bonuses). lower than average pay, but they try to butter you up with "fancy" titles so you do more work for less money... but I guess that's just business lol.
