Pros

Outstanding team; not only excellent talent bar but genuinely kind and considerate. The mission of Pi lends itself to folks who care about the well being of others and I think that mindset directly impacts the culture Pi Health offers. In addition to a great team Pi is filled with people who communicate constructively and with compassion. Pi is a great place to start your career offering a unique opportunity to grow alongside tenured skills, or it is equally attractive for those more established in their disciplines.

Cons

I've been working for this org for sometime and I really haven't seen a downside to the companies structure, compensation plans or culture. It lends itself to strong internal growth while also compensating employees well.

Pros

This is a fantastic place to work. They offer great benefits and it's all fully remote. The environment is challenging and inspiring, there's meaningful problems to solve, and everyone here genuinely enjoys working together. Things feel collaborative, supportive, and notably free of toxicity even during stressful periods (which there are admittedly a lot of). The recent company reset was a turning point and has clearly improved both focus and trajectory. On top of that, the business opportunity is strong: we already have lucrative business partnerships with major players in the space, which is practically unheard of for a startup of this size.

Cons

As a true early-stage startup, the pace can be intense. There are periods of high stress and long hours, which doesn't suit everyone. Priorities can also shift really rapidly. The company could do better at making more consistent processes to protect everyone from surprises.
