Pros

My personal thoughts and observations: - Fantastic for transition from University to first 3-4 months of the profession - 7 core development courses over 2 years (decent content, but would be nice to have access to all of it before 2 years of practice - Some PD courses (most are cancelled or held in Gippsland during weekends) - No formal KPIs. KPIs will be mentioned but no action taken - Some directors are nurturing and great people.

Cons

My personal thoughts and observations: - Key measure of 'success' by management is how busy you are - Treated like a tool instead of a person - Claims to have a low staff turn over (please provide statistics for number of physiotherapists that have worked at this HUGE company for > 2 years) - Some clinics are only staffed with physiotherapists 0-2 years out from University. - Consistently advised that "no patient is too complex" (can be dangerous and not ideal for patient outcomes) - Strong passive aggressive communication from head office to staff

Pros

Wonderful gym, large and well equipped Grea local team, helpful to one another, very supportive Really great central location Pilates classes, 1-5 participants, varied caseload

Cons

Remote management, email and phone support , nothing face to face, no regional management, everything comes from head office which is interstate. Default 30 min appointments, long days 8am -7pm , so much has to be done on days off to catch up. NDIS reports, workers compensation reports , days can have no breaks, when is this meant to get done?
