Pros
- comprehensive healthcare package - very friendly colleagues - time off - covid response fairly flexible - A reorg is happening to better allocate resources where needed. This has the potential to completely transform the company for the better
Cons
- healthcare package can be fairly confusing - if everyone is always going the extra mile all the time, it creates a burnout machine - right now it appears as though they're going to pack in their covid response and go back to all onsite as soon as everyone's vaccinated - reorg not universally appreciated - lateral / advancement happens at the speed of very rare vacancies, sometimes filled from outside the org
