Pros
Healthy core of the company, not broken by new management so far. Most of the teams are running on healthy tech stack with ability to share knowledge and tooling. Very good experience from response on big security vulnerabilities (like log4shell, spring boot, ...). Lot of clever people to work with.
Cons
10x motto -> let's have 1 hour long presentation per 5 minutes of information. Random project prioritization usually there is like 5-10 top priority projects at once (4 different frameworks to plan goals fighting with each other). New company benefits like flowerpot or company day off planed on Saturday or on public holidays. Previous company values (agreed by all employees) thrown away and new company values have been chosen by few managers - effort to redefine the company culture from the top.
