Horrible company to work for - Technical Project Manager Phonexa Employee Review

Thank you for your comments. While, we appreciate you taking the time to provide your thoughts about our organization we, respectfully, have a distinctly different opinion of our operations and the circumstances surrounding the most recent events. Building a successful company mandates that we manage a large responsibility to our employees, customers, and partners to seek the best path for the success of the organization. At times, this requires us to change course or make unpopular decisions, but it is a burden we signed up for when we started this company. That said, it saddens us to view slanderous remarks directed at our organization and personnel in a one-sided format. We have always encouraged a two-way discussion where we can not only directly address issues, but also put these conversations in context with the full breadth of events - like how we foster a program of upward internal mobility or we create mutual career goals for our joint success. We are proud of our success in these capacities. We choose not to debate a feeling, but will merely say that people have grown their careers in our organization, from the ground up. We are sorry you didn’t get to grow your career with us, but there are many folks who have, and we will always aspire to provide that internal opportunity.
