The culture at Talent team especially in the tech hiring is Pathetic *Your concerns are heared but no action, if you have problem with your Manager the way he handls the team, if you complain regarding the same next action is Digging on your performance and taking action against you instead of solving the problem. i feel in the talent team, Maturity to handle ppl is not to the Bar how it supose to be. *Micro Managent You have been put under microscope too much of micromanagement. No Parity Some teams work from home and for some no option and balancing the POD's and work is at the bottom of the line. Skip level Manager tried to act as genuine and trust worthy to get the as information as possible to through you out. If anyone wants to Join PhonePe tech Hiring team please check the person whom your reporting too and wisley do a verification else you will be in trouble. Everything is my honest feedback, lost the culture and no respect for empoyees. And final my suggestion please do not join to the team name starts from Man**gh****de beacuse all the points above. i have tried talking to skill level managers and no use.
