      Pros

      PhonePe is a great company to work for, offering excellent facilities for employees. The HR department organizes numerous social events to help refresh employees from their busy day-to-day lives. The work-life balance is generally good, except during release periods.

      Cons

      There is a significant amount of office politics, particularly if you are in a higher salary bracket and are being acquired by PhonePe. In such cases, there is a possibility of being laid off under the guise of cost-cutting measures
