Pros
Scheduling Dept is fun dept Scheduling manager is good manager Work dispersed evenly in the dept. PTO time is better, but there’s a caveat to that in the cons First shift for all positions at Phoenix generally 8-5, some others 7-4, 8:30-5:30, and other time in between Pay is ok- another caveat to this in the cons Office parties at Thanksgiving and Christmas- food was ok at best
Cons
Training feels rushed and could be better in the dept No room for growth Company favorites get the management positions if they come available Not many technicians to do the work Bonuses at Christmas are small as $50, next year $100, but nothing too exciting They don’t give raises often even if you bust your butt, some people there waited 3+ years to get a raise from their onboard pay. They didn’t give raises until a general manager was hired on (No general manager has been hired since then) HR is a joke, unprofessional at times behind closed doors There are employees that cause office drama to get people written up and create a hostile environment. Company is ran like it’s small but they have over 100 people working there. Pay range for office and trim techs is $17-$22 Overtime is frowned upon Rough crews starting pay is $15-$17, even though they are overworked For PTO time it’s accrued and has to be used before you can request a day of hours unpaid. This goes for Drs appointment or any time off. They are really strict on occurrences doesn’t matter why you’re late anything past 5 mins and without a Drs note will get you fired no matter if your manager approves it. You only get 10 for 1 year and those goes fast. High turn over rate probably due to everything above Wouldn’t recommend this company
