Salary wise is not bad and company benefit is quit ok, have profit sharing and AWS

Cons

work load heavy, need to OT until 9pm most of the days order entry by using Baan - it's a manual order entry system when you OT, the manager doesn't treat you well too and if you did mistakes they will ask you to write corrective action report
