Pros

Everyone in the company is extremely friendly, The higher ups of the company (managers, president, CFO) all commonly talk to employees to get to know them. Lots of PTO on hire, and lots more gained every year working there. Company prioritizes promoting within before hiring outside. Company growing rapidly, I believe the work force tripled by the time I left from when I started (worked there for 2 years).

Cons

Job gets repetitive quickly and some issues are never properly addressed (due to the company being a contractor, unable to force changes which would resolve these issues).
