Pros
Work / life balance. My schedule is a 4 day week, 10 hours per day. At my location, our technicians rarely have to work more than 4 hours of overtime in a week. The benefits are good.
Cons
A few of my coworkers complain when they have to work over 40 hours in a week and complain about the benefits. I guess they never worked a job that averaged 60 hours per week. Or worked at a job that doesn’t have good benefits.
