Pros

Philips is a healthcare company which has a clear vision and creates an impact with all the products and service they deliver to the customers. I felt great working for the company. pay is good.

Cons

Work life balance Internal job shift is difficult - I wanted to change the team to work on a different project and that did not happen because management wants me to stay in my current team. That's one of the reason I left the company.

Pros

Caring for complete people internally and world ecosystem. Focus on making lives better with purposeful impact worldwide. Changes happening as around the world but continue to see push to promote from within.

Cons

Many levels of processes, however after working at a company where the processes were bypassed causing further delays down the line. I see and understand the purpose.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
