Pros
Intelligent /hands-on leadership that starts with the CEO. The open-door policy, which creates a "bottoms-up" type culture, acts as the catalyst to the sales culture at Phenom. Although the company has grown significantly, in revenue and employee size, everyone has direct access to all executives and senior leadership.
For deal execution and strategy, this is a dream come true.
Other pros: Fun and gregarious team members, from support to ops, marketing and sales, make it a really fun place to work.
The technology changes for the better constantly, with multiple monthly releases which makes it a dream come true for Sales Professionals.
Cons
There aren't many. The only one that does need some tweaking would be training. We need to rebuild a more robust development program to ensure education is top of mind. Good news, this is getting built out as we speak.
