Pros
I have been working at Pharicode now for almost 3 years. We have had some growing pains in the past but the future looks incredible. If you are passionate about ServiceNow and growing the community this is a great spot for you. If you ever get stuck there is always someone with experience doing exactly what you are doing and everyone is willing to help each other out. One of the owners ensured me that they are passionate about helping veterans and proved it with starting a Skillbridge program. I am happy to be part of this team and look forward to growing with Pharicode!
Cons
From my perspective, the only con is that Pharicode is a growing company so there are some slight growing pains that are to be expected. I have a feeling that since the organizational structure changes that took place those growing pains will disappear.
