Working for the company for several years. It is a fast growing company and it provided me with opportunities to advance my career. They prefer to promote from within and encourage employees to rise to their potential. There is continuous training for new pharmacy staff. The company does several employee fun activities and encourages managers to choose employees on monthly basis to be recognized for going above and beyond in helping patients. The company is patient centered while at the same time makes great effort to appreciate the employees.

Co-Workers are fun and interesting.

There is a lot of confusion that comes from the top down. Duane and Chris are Owner/managers and they have differing mindsets and those often clash. One will tell you one thing and the other will tell you something completely different then get mad at you for discerning which one to follow.
