Pros
Great benefits, huge company, easy going people and bosses, good salary, great community impact despite of being an oil company. Impacts the hole Brazil in many different ways, but can be in a positive way or in a negative ways sometimes, depends on how is managed
Cons
not so many opportunities, lots of egos to deal with. Despite of people be friendly and easy going, sometimes just happens that the different parts of the company has totally different rules
