Great staff discount, they prioritise training people and career growth if you are in management.
Cons
Workload is too much and they don’t pay enough, high expectations from higher ups who give 0 help, and the place is filled with mean girls regardless of what store you work at. Lots of customer steal and are entitled over PJS. I had no work life balance.
