Pros
-lots of independence to take on new challenges and opportunities for advancement -good work/life balance - very understanding if you have a family emergency/issue or problem -everything starts off really fun and exciting, but true colors come through within 3 months -aside from upper management, everyone is very supportive of helping each other get their jobs done -good discount on products -open door policies
Cons
-focus changes every week, sometimes on a daily basis -no leadership/direction -product is poorly designed/managed and they just want quick-fixes instead of addressing and fixing the real problems -they do not invest in employee education/skill building/development -terrible culture - it's all talk, no action. they have "Pack Values" but it's all a facade. they don't practice what they preach -very anti-work-from-home (even if just once in a while)
