      Interesting work. Great working for a company focused around pets (if that's your passion) and a good group of talented people to learn from.

      Cons

      Management was terrible, not sure how things are currently at the company. If you can be completely independent, might be good for you.

      Pros

      Great work life balance! The energy of a small, start up culture with corporate benefits (owned by PetSmart). Everyone is eager to grow the company and prove out the value of the media business. Employees are all dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their parents through content, advertising, and education.

      Cons

      Being owned by a large corporation sometimes causes slow movement.
