Think they have re-invented the wheel - They haven't The training is very poor if you even get any and the "head office/ barn" is a joke Pay is crap and they try to take as much of you time as possible And the WORST part is the management.... From the top down they are all in their own world, everything is about making money for the boss but they seem to have no idea how to do this and stifle any attempt to deviate away from their plan. Finally the main reason never to work for this company is you will come into contact with one of the line managers who is simply one of the worst people i have met in my entire life! Avoid this company you can do better

Management don’t listen and often don’t provide the back up needed. Unqualified staff can’t cope with the amount of work
