Pros
some very smart people working with you, and the check still shows up so at least paid for the work you do, middle of the road benefits not great but there is worse out there, just don't expect affordable health care, okay for emergencies but not general care
Cons
Not a good place to work, if you're desperate they will work you to death and pay you twice a month ... until your contract runs out, they you're on your own. Managements advice when contracts expire is to tell you to apply for jobs on the company web site, really? That's how a contract services company keeps experienced employees? Hard to wrap my head around. Then they will pay a premium to hire new people on other accounts. Someone needs to call HR and wake them up, that's just the example off the top of my head. Holiday schedules are still up in the air for 2019, nobody has a clue what the vacation policy will be ... for 2019, and training? We were told to go out to Udemy and purchase a class. I guess if you have nothing else to turn to give it a shot, might as well freelance though, you're on your own here. Best of luck.
